Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

This document constitutes a legally binding service agreement between you ("User") and hhgg2 ("Platform", "we", or "us"). By registering an account, logging in, or using any service provided under the hhgg2 name, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy in force from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the hhgg2 platform immediately. hhgg2 operates under international licensing and is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible online betting service for all users.

Account Registration and Management

To register an account at hhgg2, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, mobile phone number, date of birth, and a valid email address. hhgg2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or passport at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals.

Each user is only allowed to hold one active account at any one time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — are prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts and the confiscation of funds held within them.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that your account password is kept secure. hhgg2 will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed by another party, please contact our support team immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

hhgg2 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH. The minimum deposit for each method is RM20.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. All withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours once account verification is complete. hhgg2 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits as a measure to prevent money laundering.

• Deposits and withdrawals may only be made to and from payment methods registered in the same user's name;
• Funds deposited via bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fully met;
• hhgg2 does not charge any processing fees, however payment providers may impose their own charges;
• Withdrawal requests found to be suspicious may be placed on hold for investigation purposes.

Any attempt to commit fraud, launder money, or exploit the payment system will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be terminated immediately.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

hhgg2 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements. The hhgg2 welcome bonus gives 200% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300, with a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount.

General terms relating to hhgg2 bonuses are as follows:

• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per registered user;
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions unless clearly stated;
• hhgg2 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through unfair means or fraud;

• The hhgg2 VIP programme comprises four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate.

hhgg2 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via the hhgg2 platform.

Game Rules and Betting

All games available on the hhgg2 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently certified to ensure the fairness of every spin or game. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.

In the context of sports betting, hhgg2 reserves the right to void or adjust bets if unusual circumstances arise such as system disruptions, significant odds errors, or information received after a bet has been placed. hhgg2's decision on such matters is final.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user;
• Displayed odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed;
• The use of automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to place bets is prohibited;
• hhgg2 reserves the right to limit bets for certain accounts for security and compliance reasons.

User Responsibilities and Responsible Gambling

Each user is responsible for:

Amendments to Terms and Termination

hhgg2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. hhgg2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time if there is evidence of a breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or for security reasons. In cases of account termination not involving a breach by the user, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user once the verification process is complete.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where hhgg2 operates under its international licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation with the hhgg2 support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within a reasonable period, both parties agree to refer the matter to a mutually agreed arbitration or mediation body. Use of the hhgg2 platform means you accept this dispute resolution process as set out herein.
